Quattro® is the first thin, multi-reflector,
multi-layer insulation system with all surfaces
fully thermally welded together |
| Aluthermo
Quattro® consists of two 30-micron
thick outer layers of polished and
anti oxidation treated pure aluminium
separated by two honeycombed layers
of air bubbles enclosed inside a fire-retardant
polyethylene film, together with two
extra layers of pure aluminium foil
and a fire-retardant and water-repellent
polyethylene foam. |

Quattro® provides an almost
impenetrable barrier against infrared
radiation in both summer and winter. |

air inside the bubble films and in the
polyethylene foam is dry and stable.
Any condensation is therefore prevented

E Insulation |
| Low
- E is a reflective Insulation that
works to keep your house or building
cool in the summer by reflecting the
rays from the sun and warm in the
winter by reflecting the heat produced
in your home. As a result this keeps
your home or building much warmer
for a lot less. |

- E reduces your energy cost by fitting
it over existing insulation. It is
ideal to use in new or old buildings,
has a built in vapour barrier and
is environmentally friendly. Protection
is not even needed when fitting Low
- E Reflective Insulation. When fitting
Low - E Reflective Insulation always
leave an air space between it to allow
it to reflect. |

The earth is heated by the sun through radiant
heat. When heating your home or building radiant
heat accounts for 50 - 70% of total heat produced,
the rest being through conduction at 5 - 7% and
convection of up to 45%. The only way that radiant
heat can be contained is through the use of reflective
material. Low - E is a reflective material which
also helps to prevent heat loss through convection
and conduction. |

adequate thermal insulation in a thin
flexible multi layer membrane. It
will give you a U Value of 0.16 in
your roof when combined with standard
roof construction. |

for loft conversions. It keeps your
house warmer in winter and cooler

between joists or by putting 150mm
rolls between joists cross layered
with a further 150mm roll. |
