Setanta Building Products supply and fit a sound reduction wall incorporating a polymeric barrier inside your existing party wall. If you feel up to installing it yourself we will supply instructions and materials

We build a 70mm metal stud partition incorporating 50mm of high density Rockwool inside your existing wall insulating this stud with a polymer-based membrane from other parts of the building.

We then clad it with a sound insulating 12mm Plasterboard and coat with a high density Polymer-based soundproofing membrane.

Finish with a second dry lining board and finish.
